We are looking for a Team Lead-Facade Designing (4-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE).
-Lead, mentor, and manage the shop-drawing team.
-Prepare detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, sections, and connection details for curtain wall systems.
-Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for aluminium and glass facades.
-Design and detail mullions, transoms, brackets, anchors, gaskets, glazing pockets, and fixing arrangements.
-Interpret architectural and structural drawings and coordinate facade interfaces with slabs, columns, MEP, and other trades.
-Prepare bills of materials, glass schedules, and cutting lists from drawings.
-Work with structural engineers and the technical team on loads, thermal movement, waterproofing, and acoustic and fire performance requirements.
-Revise drawings promptly based on client, consultant, and site comments, keeping revision control and document registers up to date.
-Support site teams with technical clarifications and as-built drawings.
-Follow company drawing standards, layering conventions, and QA procedures.
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering,
-4-5 years of experience in curtain wall or facade design
